Newsletter – Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th May 2017 – Week 6

Well done to all the children who took part in the TRC Junior Cup last weekend. There were fun games for the U5, and a tournament for the U6 to U9. The U8s came away with 2 trophies, with the Tigers taking home the Plate, and the Lions winning the Shield. The U9 Tigers came away with a very respectable 4th.

No training this Saturday for the U8 and U9 who are taking part in the second JRCS Mini Tournament which is being held at Dragons, UWC East.

There is also no training for the U11, U12 and U13 who are playing in the JRCS semi-finals on Saturday.

Thank you to all those who have paid their fees for this term. We have had a much better response, with only 30 children’s fees outstanding. We will be sending out the Naughty List at the end of next week, so do pay up if you are one of the 30 and don’t want to be on the list!

Please note that the Late Payment Charge has now been applied to unpaid fees.

If you are unsure whether you have paid your fees or not, please go to your child’s TeamSnap profile and select the Payments tab. The fees due for your child/children for this term will be noted there.

Please note that on your TeamSnap “home page”, it will show that you have no fees due for “Registration” – you paid this when your child first joined the Academy. You need to select your child’s profile, and then the Payments tab, to find this term’s Training Fees.

We now accept PayPal through the TeamSnap application. Just go to the Payments tab on your child’s profile, and you will find the fee amount due and a link for PayPal if you would like to use this service. The link to PayPal only shows on the web version of TeamSnap, and unfortunately does not work on the mobile app.

Alternatively, you can also pay by bank transfer:

Details for a bank transfer are as follows:

Account Name: The Rugby Academy Ltd

Account No: 0339049654

Bank Name: DBS

Branch Code: 033

Swift Code: DBSSSGSG

Please reference your child’s name and age group on the payment.

We are pleased to announce the SCC Rugby Academy 7s tournament will be held the weekend of 28th and 29th October 2017. This is at the very end of the two week break for some international schools. Please check where it fits into your particular school holidays as we want as many SCC players on the pitch as possible joining in the fun! The finals will be held, as usual, the next weekend (4th and 5th November) during the adult SCC 7s tournament.
